Regarding the addition of the new enemysounds we included in the latest version of x-battle mod (0.23), we would like to clairfy a few things.
First of all, we apologise unreservedly to the copyright holder of the files we used. We did not include these with the intention to violate the copyright on them, but to enhance the experience of the game for the Q4 community. We would like to recall version 0.23 and we ask in addition that ALL those who currently host and mirror the latest version of x-battle mod to remove it from your download areas with immediate effect.
We are working on a replacement of the sound files concerned and will be releasing a new version of x-battle as soon as possible with legitimate enemysounds.
Please accept our apologies for these mistakes.
