Season 2 Division 2 Predictions

A lot has been said about division 1 teams and their predictions, but I think division 2 is also looking forward to putting up some good matches in this and the following weeks.

For one let me start out with pornSTARS vs (=N0tZ=)

Both of these teams have been doing a lot lately in proving they have what it takes to start a ctf team in the right direction. Pornstars for one has some pretty good players. Two which stand out in my mind are gnarly duck and synergy. Gnarly has had experience with higher level teams and is sort of the ceppy of LQ. While synergy out of no where has proven he is a worthy defense against any team. However, the other players in Pornstars are also very talented. Most of them have a insta back ground and have all around great aim.

On the other hand we have n0tz, don't be fooled by the silly name they too have pretty good players and will also be proving themselves this season. The people to watch out in this team would be styrofoam shine and dr. killer. All of these players have been practicing a lot lately in pugs and in my eyes have been improving every day. Not to forget xpogamer with his 250 + ping. This guy can really move and shoot for his ping and if he was to play I think he would be playing offense. All of these players have exceptional ctf skill and might have what it takes to take on the favored pornstars.

So my prediction is

6 to 5 Pornstars over n0tz on DBD
5 to 3 n0tz over Pornstars on CP9
7 to 3 in porn stars over n0tz on 14

Lords of Quake Intensity

I think this match is going to turn in favor of LQ. LQ has more ctf experience and practices more regularly then Intensity. While intensity has its fair share of good players. I think LQ will win all 3 maps by a substantial difference.

ef vs Q4RIOT

I think this game could go any way, but if I had to choose one. I would say RIOT. I myself used to be with team riot and they have been around since the beginning of Quake 4, and they have really stuck it through. RIOT has in their midsts some really good players that a lot of people often over look. Snap for one is an awesome player, and in my opinion is the player to be watching for this week. PCFS and Hellspawn are also good players with excellent death matching skills.

ef on the other hand has some good players like Super Grover, but this season has failed to get the needed practice that even RIOT is getting in preparation for this season.

All though I think RIOT will win I don't think it will be huge numbers given their dm back ground. I anticipate them to do a lot of killing and less capping then they should focus on. So I will say:

4 to 2 RIOT over ef on DBD
5 to 3 RIOT over ef on CP9
4 to 3 ef over RIOT on 14

Team Nothink --bye--

I think --bye-- will win by substantial numbers (jk). I think nothink will be taking it easy this week with their automatic victory over "bye", and I would hop be focusing on the match of the week for some strategies in their up coming matches.
